Property Management – DHS has served a variety of clients throughout the United States. Properties have ranged from convention and commercial hotels to the small boutique hotel, including bed and breakfast inn.

Consulting Services – DHS has completed consulting assignments on over 300 projects in every major market across the country.

Receivership – DHS has completed numerous assignments as receiver in State and Federal Court; and has been appointed as Trustee in Chapter 11 cases for the Office of the U.S. Trustee on several cases.

Operational Management Reviews – DHS has conducted over 100 full operating reviews for hotels ranging from 40 rooms to 1200 room properties. Thorough diagnostic analysis provides owners with key information regarding marketing, operating efficiencies, staffing, major capital improvements, franchise effectiveness, expected market conditions, and hold/sell analysis.
